About the Role
Shish Infotech Private Limited is seeking a goal-driven Meta Ads Manager based in Patna to join their team onsite. This full-time position focuses on managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate high-quality leads and enhance Return on Ad Spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Drive lead generation through Meta Ads platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals.
- Set up campaigns effectively using Ads Manager tools.
- Perform in-depth audience research and precise targeting.
- Manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API installations (basic familiarity preferred).
- Execute A/B test variations of creatives, target groups, and ad copy.
- Monitor daily campaign progress and optimize for best results.
- Track performance indicators such as CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers and content writers for creative development.
- Generate detailed reports on weekly and monthly campaign performance.
- Handle advertising accounts for multiple clients concurrently.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager.
- Experienced in lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
- Skilled in creating custom and lookalike audiences.
- Familiar with Meta Pixel setup and campaign budget optimization techniques (CBO & ABO).
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRM integration.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Possession of Meta Blueprint Certification is advantageous.
Compensation and Working Hours
Salary is negotiable based on experience and interview outcomes. The working schedule is from Monday to Saturday, with office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
