Role Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a vital role in ensuring products are consistently stocked and displayed properly to enhance the customer shopping journey, always prioritizing safety, precision, and efficiency.

Supplier Relations and Execution

• Implement price updates, rotate stock, and undertake special initiatives aimed at optimizing product presentation to satisfy both customers and supplier standards.

Sales Enablement

• Apply merchandising strategies and guarantee accurate product displays to boost sales performance.
• Assemble displays and fixtures using both basic hand and power tools, alongside updating promotional displays and signage.

Operational Duties

• Collaborate within teams, operating under on-site supervision to service multiple store departments involving physical activities such as lifting, bending, and use of lifting equipment.
• Foster robust relationships with fellow store personnel and deliver excellent service to customers and colleagues alike.
• Positions available during day and overnight shifts, with full-time or part-time options.
