직무 설명
Job Location and Shifts
This role is based in Ishbiliyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with shifts available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors both in person and over the phone, addressing their queries promptly.
- Efficiently book and manage patient appointments.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Manage health insurance approvals and verify eligibility.
- Maintain accurate computer records and handle billing systems effectively.
- Perform well under pressure and maintain professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills
- Completed high school education or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitals, medical centers, or polyclinics.
- Proficient computer skills, especially familiarity with medical billing software.
- Experience handling insurance approvals and eligibility checks.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
