About the Role
Dynacare is hiring a permanent full-time Courier in Hamilton, Ontario to support the pickup and delivery of medical samples, reports, hospital equipment, and related supplies. This position is route-based (HAP01) and involves representing the company professionally while ensuring time-sensitive healthcare items are transported with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
In this role, even small delays can affect patient care, so reliability, attention to detail, and safe handling are essential. The job also offers a stable schedule and benefits eligibility.
Schedule and Location
Location: Hamilton, ON
Shift hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30
Employment type: Permanent full-time, benefits eligible
Route: HAP01

What You’ll Do
- Collect medical samples on schedule for clients and ensure pickups are completed accurately and on time.
- Transport and deliver medical reports, mail, and other items to assigned locations across the route.
- Serve as a professional, courteous, and helpful representative of Dynacare at all times.
- Maintain the safety and security of the vehicle throughout the workday.

Requirements
- A positive, service-oriented attitude with strong attention to quality.
- The ability to work well with others, while also being dependable when working independently.
- Punctuality and reliability in a route-based role.
- A valid G driver’s licence with a clean 3-year driving abstract.
- Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle heavier loads when needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial driving or courier position.
- Valid Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and provide a clear driver abstract as a condition of employment.
