Role and Responsibilities
- Must possess CPC, CIC, CCS, or equivalent medical coding certification.
- Bring 7 to 10 years of professional experience in medical coding.
- Have strong knowledge and exposure in Evaluation & Management (E/M) and Emergency Department (ED) coding.
- Independently handle complex projects and assignments with full accountability for successful delivery.
- Lead and take full ownership of team development and performance improvement.
- Committed to maintaining and fostering high standards of quality delivery within the team.
- Exhibit strong facilitation abilities and leadership skills.
- Maintain client-focused approach including managing customer relationships effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of advocating project approvals and prioritizing activities in business terms.
- Build cooperative relationships across functional teams to foster collaboration.
- Apply strong conceptual thinking with business models, frameworks, and analytical skills to plan and manage initiatives.
- Possess robust understanding of content digitization processes.
- This is a work-from-office role only.
- Available locations: Chennai, Mumbai, and Madurai.
