Job Overview
We are seeking a committed and proficient Site Engineer to become part of our team. This role involves overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to design parameters, and managing on-site operations effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, guaranteeing compliance with design blueprints, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
- Liaise daily with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to synchronize efforts.
- Manage site layout and ensure precise measurements and site alignment according to project documentation.
- Track construction progress, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and handle Job Material Records (JMR) along with other billing documentation.
- Perform routine site inspections to confirm timely completion adhering to project standards and scope.
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders to confirm design practicality and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure rigorous enforcement of safety measures and procedures across the site.
- Assess and authorize drawings, plans, and specifications to verify they meet the project's technical needs.
- Compile detailed progress reports and keep accurate records of executed work, materials deployed, and labor expenditures.
- Maintain a clean, orderly site environment committed to safety.
- Inspect work quality consistently and initiate corrective measures as necessary to maintain standards.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly remuneration between 25000 and 35000 INR.
