Role Overview
Join Cuemath as a part-time online Mathematics Tutor, delivering one-on-one instruction to students from Grades K-12. This remote role focuses on fostering deep math understanding using Cuemath's award-winning curriculum developed by experts from world-renowned institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate personalized online mathematics lessons for individual K-12 students.
- Utilize Cuemath's teaching materials to present engaging, interactive lessons.
- Track and assess student progress, sharing constructive feedback with parents and academic coordinators.
- Ensure consistently high-quality teaching and maintain student motivation throughout sessions.
- Participate in mandatory onboarding and training before starting classes.
- Respect scheduled class timings and uphold professional standards in all interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics.
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution with solid mathematical foundations.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills and dependable internet connectivity.
- Prior experience in teaching is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Availability for at least 24 hours of teaching weekly.
- Comfortable teaching in a one-on-one online setting.
Compensation and Work Details
