Overview
The Arsenal Foundation is recruiting a casual Matchday IT Support Assistant to help the IT Service Desk deliver prompt first-line technical assistance at Highbury House and Emirates Stadium in London. The role focuses on keeping matchday technology running smoothly and supporting wider IT operations as needed.
What you'll do
- Handle first-line support queries and work through issues involving hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Prepare, configure, install, and deploy new computers, workstations, and related cabling to the required standard.
- Support the tracking, auditing, and maintenance of user devices and stock while keeping records accurate and current.
- Provide help for ad hoc events, hardware rollouts, and desk relocations, including work outside normal hours when required.
- Check matchday IPTV and digital signage screens, confirm content is displaying correctly, flag faults, and carry out basic troubleshooting.
