About the role
Sicher Group is looking for a seasoned, performance-focused Marketing Manager to steer marketing efforts across several business units, including Sicher Real Estate, Sicher Protections, Sicher 3D, Sicher Mapping, and Sicher Media.
What you will do
- Plan and run marketing strategies for multiple business divisions.
- Build monthly marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Track, manage, and improve paid advertising on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
- Study campaign results and adjust actions to improve return on investment.
- Handle website content, landing pages, and conversion-focused improvements.
- Lead SEO work, including keyword planning and visibility enhancement.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, developers, and content teams.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels.
- Assess lead quality and review marketing performance data.
- Carry out market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare monthly reports with performance insights and strategic suggestions.
- Assist with business development and lead generation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, supported by a case study.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM platforms, website development, and analytics tools.
- Proven experience running multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Experience in real estate, technology, engineering, or B2B sectors will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.

This is an office-based role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is full-time and onsite.
