Marketing Manager

About the Role

React Mobile specializes in safety and communication technologies designed to protect and connect teams within organizations. Our company is headquartered in Seattle, WA, but operates as a fully remote team across the United States. We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Manager capable of writing, designing, shooting, and executing a complete range of marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns through email, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
• Create diverse marketing materials such as advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and landing pages.
• Produce and edit video content for social media engagement, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
• Compose persuasive written content including blog posts, case studies, email sequences, and advertising copy.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to coordinate go-to-market strategies for new launches.
• Monitor campaign metrics to analyze leads, conversion rates, and return on investment, preparing performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years marketing experience, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated graphic design capabilities supported by a portfolio showcasing marketing collateral.
• Practical experience in video editing with software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing assets.
• Comfortable with marketing platforms like HubSpot or equivalents.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to handle multiple projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with running paid social advertising campaigns on LinkedIn or Meta platforms.
• Skills in motion graphics or animation using tools like After Effects.
