Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate marketing efforts for new product launches, collaborating with video agencies and customer support teams.
• Continuously update and enhance the company’s marketing website.
• Develop and manage a strategic approach to growing and maintaining our social media presence.
• Experiment with and implement innovative growth channels.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working in or with newsletter-related businesses.
• Minimum three years in growth or marketing roles with measurable outcomes, preferably within similar-sized or industry-specific companies.
• Exceptional communication skills in native-level English, both written and verbal.
• A working schedule that overlaps with US time zones by at least three hours daily.

Desirable Skills and Experiences

• Detailed knowledge of a major Email Service Provider (ESP).
• Prior familiarity with SparkLoop’s products.
• Ownership of a newsletter or similar content platform.
• Proven success in at least two growth channels such as SEO, paid search, social media advertising, or affiliate/partnership marketing.
