About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Execute business unit and strategic business unit market and product line strategies to meet financial targets.
- Lead the global introduction of new products and initiatives, including communication campaigns and e-business strategies.
- Support and align global strategic business unit strategies to the broader business unit goals while coordinating marketing and pricing guidelines across multiple business sectors.
- Develop and implement customer penetration tactics and create scalable business models at the global level.
- Serve as a primary interface and guide for category and brand teams on both global and regional scales.
- Collaborate in managing digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce communication efforts aligned with digital marketing priorities.
- Prepare presentation materials, innovation proposals, and documentation for external partner and customer engagements.
- Contribute to the creation and management of global advertising campaigns, including agency briefings, production, and media assets such as TV and digital spots.
- Oversee planning and execution of local and regional promotional events, including tradeshows and webinars, ensuring comprehensive handling from design through delivery and lead generation.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Between 6 and 8 years of robust professional experience in marketing.
- Proven track record in driving digital marketing strategies and managing website content to boost brand engagement and customer experience.
- Experienced in brand development and execution of initiatives that enhance market visibility and consumer recognition.
- Skilled in formulating category and brand strategies based on customer, trade, and market analytics to support growth objectives.
- Experienced in managing marketing events and applying knowledge from trade, customer insights, and e-commerce to maximize commercial impact.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role spans from $115,000 to $140,000 annually, reflecting the expected minimum and maximum pay. Besides the base salary, the role may include incentives or other compensation forms. Actual pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
