Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will spearhead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms including digital, social media, email communications, and traditional print media. Your role includes identifying market tendencies, customer behavior, and competitor activities through thorough research. Collaborating closely with sales and operations departments, you will help design promotional content and package offers. Managing social media presence by interacting with guests and handling inquiries is also a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will evaluate marketing campaign performance by analyzing data and preparing reports to suggest enhancements. Organizing promotional events and establishing partnerships to boost the hotel's brand awareness will be part of your duties.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
