Overview
The Client Servicing Specialist plays a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships by providing prompt assistance, ensuring effective communication, and delivering high-quality service. This position serves as the key liaison between clients and various internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction and promote ongoing engagement.
Key Duties
- Act as the main contact person for designated clients.
- Comprehend client needs and relay them clearly to internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to facilitate timely service delivery.
- Monitor and pursue resolution of client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Generate client reports, provide service updates, and summarize performance metrics.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Proactively seek ways to enhance the client experience and service standards.
- Manage contract renewals and support upselling or cross-selling initiatives when applicable.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience of 0 to 3 years in client servicing, customer support, or account management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities alongside strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills coupled with superior time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Additional Information
- Monthly compensation ranges between 20,000 and 35,000 INR.
- The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
