Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented, design-savvy Marketing Executive to join our strategic consultancy on a freelance, day-rate contract with potential for permanency after six months. This full-time position supports multiple dynamic accounts and entails a mix of content creation, research, marketing coordination, and contribution to strategic and creative client deliverables. The role involves producing marketing materials and presentations, conducting research and competitive benchmarking, and engaging deeply in client projects across the UK real estate sector. The candidate will work closely with a highly creative and efficient team and must demonstrate high organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing presentations and materials adhering to brand guidelines.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support client projects.
- Assist in the development of strategic and creative outputs for various real estate clients.
- Collaborate closely with the team on fast-paced client accounts.
- Maintain high standards of design sensibility and document presentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Marketing Executive within the property sector (residential, retail, or commercial).
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems and social media marketing.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong design awareness, including understanding layout, visual hierarchy, and quality.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize and organize information quickly.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to live projects from the outset.
Additional Role Details
- Full-time position on an initial six-month temporary contract with potential to become permanent.
- Day-rate freelance contract.
- Based in London with hybrid/remote working flexibility.
