About the Role
The role primarily involves engaging with various customer segments such as doctors, chemists, and stockists with a focus on achieving set targets and expanding market share in the pharmaceutical field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned customers according to company guidelines to foster relationships and support sales efforts.
- Provide scientifically accurate information about pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals, promoting prescriptions in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Meet sales objectives for products in both primary and secondary markets on monthly and yearly timelines.
- Enhance profitability in designated territories by maintaining or growing brand presence and customer engagement activities.
- Manage optimal product distribution and oversee expense control, including minimizing breakage and expired stock.
- Evaluate customer interactions to improve future communication and sales strategies.
- Supply valuable market intelligence regarding conditions and competitor promotional strategies to marketing leadership.
- Develop monthly and yearly strategic distribution plans aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate orders with stockists and distributors, ensuring timely delivery and payment collection as per company policies.
- Report adverse drug reactions or customer complaints promptly according to pharmacovigilance and internal guidelines.
- Maintain company assets and promotional materials responsibly, adhere to standard tour plans, submit detailed reports, and comply with daily operational norms.
Experience and Education
Candidates are expected to have between 6 months and 2 years of relevant experience. A graduation degree in Pharmacy is required.
