Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Marketing Coordinator to manage direct mail, SMS, and email campaigns. The role includes planning campaign schedules, conducting setups and tests, and ensuring both brand alignment and compliance with industry standards. You will oversee promotional activities from inception through execution, coordinate vendor relationships, prepare various reports, and assist in administrative tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with the director in integrated marketing planning. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving retail environment, balancing creativity with organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing content efforts across integrated media channels.
- Compile promotional content for periodic updates.
- Assist in coordinating digital content uploads on e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Help execute and organize eDM marketing content.
- Manage Club21’s direct mail, SMS, and email marketing initiatives including campaign calendaring, requests handling, setup, and testing.
- Ensure campaigns maintain brand consistency and adhere to email marketing compliance standards.
- Handle the complete cycle of tactical promotions: from creative briefing and collateral printing to distribution at stores and members mailing, along with promotions tracking.
- Coordinate year-end gift wrapping for members and arrange courier deliveries.
- Oversee SMS and email blast preparations and testing to ensure error-free communications approved by stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships to develop promotional materials.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports including store call lists.
- Perform daily administrative duties to support department functions.
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the director for integrated marketing planning requirements.
- Participate in and organize sales promotions and exhibition events.
- Serve as liaison between suppliers and internal teams.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, ability to take ownership and initiative, and capability to work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.
- Motivated and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
