About BOND
BOND is a fast-expanding private aviation business focused on fractional aircraft ownership and aircraft management. The company is introducing a premium flying experience through a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft, backed by a major Bombardier fleet order. Its culture emphasizes safety, operational discipline, and highly personalized service.
As the company prepares for launch and future growth, it is looking for people who want to help shape a new aviation brand from the ground up and contribute to how the business operates.
Role overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be the day-to-day operations hub for the marketing function and the closest working partner to the VP of Marketing. This role keeps agency coordination, event planning, campaign delivery, and internal follow-through moving quickly and accurately, with a strong focus on standards and detail.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can anticipate needs, work independently, remove bottlenecks, and act as a direct extension of senior leadership. The coordinator will also work closely with the Brand Designer as part of the small in-house marketing team and will support New York operations.
For someone who is organized, quick, and comfortable working in a luxury-oriented environment, this role offers the chance to grow with a brand that is creating its own category.
Key responsibilities
- Support the VP of Marketing as a reliable right hand by organizing priorities, monitoring deliverables, and helping safeguard their time and attention.
- Maintain the marketing tracker in Monday.com so projects, deadlines, and ownership remain clear and updated.
- Coordinate external agency partners on a daily basis, including briefs, schedules, review loops, and on-time delivery aligned to expectations.
- Help deliver campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and content channels so launches happen on schedule and stay consistent with the brand.
- Handle event coordination from start to finish, including smaller founder/member gatherings and larger brand events.
- Manage the editorial and communications calendar for social, email, and member messaging in close partnership with the Brand Designer.
- Assist with member communications, including quarterly updates and ad hoc messages, while keeping the BOND tone of voice consistent.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or brand operations.
- Strong ability to stay organized while juggling several active workstreams without losing accuracy or quality.
- Clear and polished written communication for briefs, summaries, and internal updates.
- Background managing agencies or vendors and ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
- Working knowledge of Monday.com or a similar project management platform.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness when working with senior leaders.
- Preferred background in luxury fashion, luxury hospitality, luxury automotive, luxury technology, or a premium creative agency.
- Event coordination experience is preferred.
- Interest in luxury culture and a strong instinct for operating to a premium standard.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary is $90,000 to $100,000 per year, plus bonus.
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Performance-linked bonus eligibility, depending on the role
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus supplemental options and company-paid life insurance
- 401(k) plan with company matching
