Job Overview

The Support Services Manager is responsible for leading and supervising best practice implementation across General Services, Procurement, Human Resources, and IT within ATA. This role ensures the establishment of effective communication systems and fosters a positive organizational image. The manager also plans and delivers reliable operational services such as transportation, security, warehousing, catering, landscaping, maintenance, and procurement to meet ATA's current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the enforcement of Employee Relations policies, systems, and standards compliant with regulations.
  • Provide support and assistance to ATA employees concerning Employee Relations services and requirements.
  • Oversee disciplinary processes including terminations, ensuring proper adherence to HR policies.
  • Participate in recruitment interviews for ATA positions.
  • Direct facility audits and maintenance planning to align with organizational priorities and needs.
  • Supervise landscaping projects ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, or equivalent; familiarity with basic accounting is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience including a minimum of 6 years in managerial roles in General Services, Public Relations, or Administration, preferably within Oil and Gas or reputable organizations.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

Communication and Working Relationships

  • Regular interaction with Senior Vice President of the Technical Academy and teams across General Services, Procurement, Human Resources, and IT.
  • Engagement with company headquarters and relevant government bodies.
