Manager (NS Alumni Coordination)

Role Overview

You will be integral in coordinating and monitoring initiatives related to the Commitment to Defence for the National Service Alumni networks within the Singapore Armed Forces.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison to coordinate and monitor engagement activities across Joint and Services domains.
• Support the expansion and maintenance of engagement models within Joint and Services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with NS Alumni and partner organizations.
• Implement proposed plans and address any queries or issues that arise promptly.
• Establish and maintain a continuous feedback system to evaluate the success and visibility of initiatives, while pinpointing improvement opportunities.
• Manage administrative tasks relating to financial and logistical operations for NS Alumni engagement.

Challenges

• Remain responsive and sensitive to the changing needs and trends among NS Alumni at various life stages.
• Collaborate effectively with a demographically diverse audience and multiple internal stakeholders with varying priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic background in Human Resources, Public Relations, Public Communications, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Preferably a minimum of two years’ experience in stakeholder coordination, engagement, or administrative roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working autonomously and as part of a small team.
