Manager - Asset Infrastructure Design

Role Overview

The Manager - Asset Infrastructure Design directs the planning, design, and strategic governance of Qiddiya's IT infrastructure assets. This position focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and future-oriented technology solutions that drive business expansion and operational excellence. The role actively collaborates with internal teams, external consultants, and suppliers to ensure all infrastructure designs adhere to Qiddiya's technology vision, enterprise standards, and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive planning, architectural design, and governance of IT infrastructure and technology assets aligning with business goals and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Oversee vendor engagements ensuring the resolution of intricate technical and design obstacles, enforcing adherence to security protocols, and maintaining high standards for infrastructure quality and performance.
• Champion technology strategy, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvements while serving as the principal stakeholder in cross-functional projects, governance activities, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the infrastructure design team, facilitating their success and professional development.

Educational Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
