About the Role

We are seeking seasoned instructors in management and leadership to contribute to the development of AI systems that comprehend organizational dynamics, leadership strategies, and decision-making processes. Your expertise will help train AI to better reflect real-world business complexities.

This is a fully remote contract position with flexible hours, allowing you to manage your schedule while engaging in innovative AI training work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated scenarios related to management and leadership for quality and realism.
• Analyze AI-driven reasoning about teams, incentives, and organizational structures.
• Detect flawed assumptions, logical inconsistencies, or weak decision-making frameworks.
• Provide detailed and organized feedback to enhance AI models' handling of managerial reasoning.
• Complete task-based assignments independently in an asynchronous manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Deep understanding of organizational behavior, leadership theories, and management concepts.
• Proficient in evaluating decision-making processes and analyzing complex trade-offs.
• Comfortable reviewing and interpreting written scenarios and AI-generated suggestions.
• Self-driven and dependable in a remote, asynchronous work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of an MBA or a Master's degree in Management or related disciplines.
• Practical experience in leadership, operations, or organizational design roles.
• Familiarity with AI systems or experience in content evaluation workflows.
