Role Overview

Join UNIQLO as a Management Candidate and develop comprehensive expertise in store operations through hands-on rotation across various job functions. You will actively uphold UNIQLO's mission and values by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a vibrant team culture. The role includes leading team performance, managing inventory and sales tracking, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring the store meets safety and merchandising standards. Candidates will also embrace the company’s sustainability and LifeWear philosophies as part of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain operational knowledge by rotating through all store stations, ensuring UNIQLO’s high customer service standards are met.
  • Lead and inspire store staff by monitoring performance, providing development opportunities, and encouraging teamwork.
  • Supervise store operations including inventory control, sales monitoring, and visual presentation to maximize store efficiency.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving performance goals and enhancing store metrics.
  • Maintain rigorous store standards regarding safety, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall daily operations.
  • Champion UNIQLO’s sustainability initiatives and LifeWear philosophy in daily activities.
