Position Overview
We are looking to fill the role of Maintenance System Administrator for a long-term contract at our client site in Doha, Qatar. This opportunity requires a professional skilled in managing maintenance systems to join immediately. The assignment extends until December 2027, lasting approximately 17 months.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or other related technical fields.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in roles related to maintenance system administration or maintenance planning.
Key Competencies and Requirements
- Practical hands-on experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, capable of utilizing formulas, pivot tables, conducting data analysis, and generating reports.
- Competency in interpreting maintenance data and producing comprehensive reports and performance indicators.
- Good comprehension of maintenance strategies including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
- Strong organizational ability with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management and spare parts control is advantageous.
