About The Role
We are seeking dedicated Machine Cleaners for the late shift at our Barton-Upon-Humber factory location. This role requires working Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to midnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean machinery and factory areas to meet the high cleanliness standards upheld throughout the facility.
- Follow checklists meticulously to ensure all cleaning duties are completed properly.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures related to the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Engage in ongoing personal development to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the position.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by Supervisors or Managers, which may fall outside usual working hours.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience cleaning machinery within a factory environment is required.
- Advanced cleaning experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations is expected.
- Demonstrate flexibility, dependability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse team setting.
