About the Role

Join a distinguished travel company as a Luxury Travel Consultant, based in modern offices in Adelaide, South Australia. This role focuses on managing high-end travel requests remotely without any face-to-face client interaction. The position offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating an excellent work-life balance with strong earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize exclusive luxury travel experiences tailored for discerning clients.
• Handle intricate airfare bookings utilizing advanced skills in global distribution systems (GDS).
• Operate effectively in a fast-moving and results-oriented environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service while optimizing opportunities for revenue growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of premium travel products and evolving industry trends.
• Engage in special travel opportunities and familiarization trips to enhance expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated 2 to 5 years (or more) experience in retail or luxury travel sectors.
• Proficient in major GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• A strong passion for luxury travel coupled with experience catering to upscale clientele.
• Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to collaborate and excel within a goal-driven team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
