Role Overview

• Collaborate with international airlines, shipping companies, courier firms, transport businesses, and logistics collaborators.
• Coordinate with internal logistics, trading, and finance departments.
• Provide operational support to sales managers and fellow logistics specialists.
• Work closely with logistics assistants in the clearing division to assemble comprehensive packages for rate inquiries.
• Gather and evaluate all transport-related elements to determine total logistics service costs.
• Validate incoming rates and prepare commercial settlements accordingly.
• Develop commercial proposals covering international logistics and full company services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete shipping documentation for global shipments.
• Examine and process documents in line with compliance standards.
• Create documentation for air, sea, road, and courier transport.
• Ensure accuracy of commercial and transport documents from suppliers.
• Maintain internal shipping records, databases, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agents, and carriers regarding document preparation and approvals.

Requirements

• Possess a degree or diploma in logistics, foreign trade, international commerce, or related disciplines.
• Experience working within international logistics, foreign economic operations, or freight forwarding sectors.
• Hands-on experience handling international shipping and commercial paperwork.
• Strong understanding of international document workflows and logistics procedures.
• Experience liaising with global transport carriers, agents, and suppliers.
• Competency in calculating logistics costs and preparing commercial proposals.
• Quick adaptability to CRM, ERP, and other corporate IT systems.
• Proficient communication skills in both Russian and English for business correspondence and partner engagement.
• Capable of independent work and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
