Work Schedule and Compensation
This role is full-time, based onsite in Pflugerville, TX with working hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The hourly wage ranges from $21 to $26, depending on experience. This position qualifies for WGNSTAR's comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, tracking, and distribution of training materials, tools, PPE, and equipment required for training sessions.
- Support Technical Trainers to ensure training sessions are conducted efficiently and without disruption.
- Handle daily logistics for instructors and program coordinators involving setup of classrooms, labs, and virtual training environments.
- Organize instructor schedules, course calendars, access to facilities, equipment reservations, and manage training events.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage training-related equipment, materials, and services.
- Maintain and update SOPs relevant to the training logistics and operational processes.
- Monitor training assets, equipment, and warranties to guarantee availability and upkeep.
- Compile and oversee training documentation including attendance records, class lists, and certifications.
- Assist in onboarding new trainers by providing system access, training content, and orientation on procedures.
- Project future demands for training supplies and equipment in line with upcoming projects and program needs.
- Contribute to enhancements and improvements of training programs and logistics workflows.
- Participate in team meetings, recording action items and ensuring communication of follow-up tasks to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong detail orientation in managing schedules, documentation, inventory, and compliance tasks.
- Capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical training teams.
- Superb communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical training environments is advantageous.
Physical and Work Environment
This role involves predominantly office work with extended periods of sitting, phone use, and computer operation. Occasional walking, standing, driving, and lifting of objects up to 25 pounds may be required to support job functions.
