About the Role
This opportunity is with one of Zepcruit's clients, seeking a proactive and detail-focused Logistics Associate. The role involves overseeing the entire process of order fulfillment, dispatch coordination, and handling logistics operations across India. It is vital to ensure seamless order processing, prompt dispatch, and efficient delivery, working in a dynamic D2C environment. This position demands a hands-on approach with excellent execution capabilities to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations across various platforms including marketplaces, company website, and B2B channels.
- Ensure all necessary shipping documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, and labels are accurately prepared for every shipment.
- Maintain strong partnerships with courier services including Delhivery and Blue Dart, ensuring timely collection of shipments.
- Monitor shipment progress and promptly address any delivery delays, returns to origin, or customer escalations.
- Keep comprehensive records and update shipment status regularly in ERP systems or Excel sheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams involved in order processing, packaging, and readiness for dispatch to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Efficiently manage reverse logistics activities encompassing returns, exchanges, and handling damaged goods.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and strive to minimize delivery turnaround times (TAT).
