Role Summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Logistics Analyst to support the supply chain team at the Silverwater warehouse. This position is crucial in driving operational excellence in warehouse and logistics activities, directly assisting the Warehouse & Logistics Project Manager in ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create, deploy, and sustain logistics and fulfillment dashboards and reports alongside the Warehouse & Logistics Project Manager to enhance transparency of warehouse metrics.
• Deliver timely, data-driven analyses and insights to guide the Supply Chain management and relevant stakeholders in making informed operational decisions.
• Develop and manage advanced reporting tools for real-time monitoring of open orders and operational progress.
• Support demand forecasting accuracy and communicate updates to key collaborators.
• Analyze warehouse costs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Aggregate and organize data related to warehouse executions and costs to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate across departments including Demand Planning, Transportation, and Customer Service for cohesive operations.
• Participate in special projects aimed at optimizing warehouse functions throughout the company.
• Conduct velocity and capacity studies and suggest recommendations for warehouse optimization.
• Provide precise reports on inbound and outbound volumes to stakeholders.
• Handle administrative warehouse tasks such as purchase order processing, data entry, and maintenance.
• Occasionally visit office or warehouse sites as required.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum one year experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational roles.
• Proficient with Power BI, Excel Add-ins, and Power Query, capable of creating dashboards and conducting data analyses.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management ability.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized, self-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, positive, diligent, and a collaborative team member.
