Role Overview

This full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region involves managing end-to-end delivery operations. Responsibilities encompass organizing and executing prompt deliveries, accurate order handling, and ensuring safe handover to customers. The position requires planning effective delivery routes using navigation tools, maintaining seamless communication with dispatchers, partner restaurants, and customers, and upholding company standards regarding safety and quality. Collaboration with operational teams to facilitate smooth delivery processes is intrinsic to this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service aptitude to address inquiries and resolve issues, fostering a positive delivery experience.
• Strong teamwork abilities for effective cooperation with operations, dispatch, and partner networks.
• Experience in recruiting and integrating new delivery personnel, assisting in their onboarding and process alignment.
• Familiarity with local Riyadh routes coupled with proficiency in navigation and delivery app usage.
• Robust time management, organizational capabilities, and keen attention to detail.
• Preparedness to work on-site within a dynamic environment, strictly adhering to safety and compliance protocols.
• Possession of a valid driving license and a clean driving history, especially if vehicle transport is involved.
• Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or related operational fields is advantageous.
