About the Role
A dynamic healthcare staffing company is looking for an experienced Locums Recruiter to join their rapidly expanding team. This fully remote position is perfect for a motivated recruiter who excels in a fast-paced setting and enjoys creating strong professional connections nationwide with physicians and advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and successfully place physicians and advanced practice providers in locum tenens positions.
- Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Match candidates with job opportunities that fit their preferences and career goals.
- Negotiate contract specifics including assignments, compensation, and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent provider experiences.
- Consistently achieve and exceed recruitment activity and placement targets.
- Ensure precise record keeping of candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Relationship Management software.
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience placing physicians and advanced practice providers in locum tenens roles or travel nursing backgrounds is essential.
- Proven ability to source talent, build strong relationships, and close recruitment deals.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a fully remote setup.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Driven to deliver results with a genuine passion for connecting healthcare professionals to meaningful opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary available up to $75,000 based on experience.
- Commission structure with no earning cap.
