Role Overview

The Live Chat Agent will deliver professional and prompt assistance to customers through digital chat channels, addressing inquiries, resolving routine issues, and promoting a positive customer experience.

Key Duties

• Handle multiple live chat conversations efficiently and accurately.

Required Qualifications and Skills
