Role Overview

This role is not your typical content writing position. We want someone who truly understands personal branding, who can transform informal notes or voice recordings into engaging, personality-filled posts that resonate authentically as the client's voice rather than generic AI-generated text. You'll excel at crafting hooks, narrating stories with rhythm and flow, and writing content that captivates.

Responsibilities

• Produce captivating, high-impact LinkedIn content for founders, executives, and creators.
• Adapt and maintain the distinct voice of each client, ranging from formal and strategic to lively and playful tones.
• Assist clients in establishing thought leadership and generating inbound business opportunities.
• Keep informed of the latest trends in content creation, business, technology, and personal branding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in content writing, particularly in personal branding, B2B, or ghostwriting.
• Demonstrable track record of writing effectively for LinkedIn, with a focus on personal branding.
• Strong storytelling ability, skilled at creating compelling hooks, ensuring smooth narrative flow, and delivering the key message clearly.
• Excellent command of written English with attention to clarity and accuracy, free from typographical errors.
• Ability to work asynchronously and responsibly manage deadlines.
• Preferred: familiarity with basic design tools like Canva and visual content creation to complement posts.
• Preferred: experience writing newsletters, blogs, or long-form content.
