About the Role
Our client, an esteemed international law firm based in Dublin, seeks an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to join their Corporate Support Team. This role offers an excellent chance to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior fee earners within a professional and collegial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior partners and fee earners.
- Organize and manage diaries, meetings, and travel logistics effectively.
- Prepare, format, proofread legal documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Assist with billing processes, time tracking, and matter administration tasks.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and internal team members.
- Contribute to daily operations and broader team projects.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly and securely.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years of experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary in a fast-paced legal setting.
- Proven track record supporting senior professionals.
- Strong organizational and diary management capabilities.
- Excellent skills in document creation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Approach work proactively, with professionalism and teamwork in mind.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and legal case management tools.
