Job description
Overview
As a Legal Manager specializing in Real Estate and Mining at Asatkalpa Private Limited, based in Jaipur, you will oversee all legal facets related to property projects and mining operations. This role requires intricate legal drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property documents along with ensuring strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations. You will be a key liaison between senior management and legal counsel, aiming to minimize legal risks and facilitate efficient project execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, scrutinize, and negotiate key real estate documents such as Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, MOUs, Agreements to Sell, and Lease Deeds ensuring legal soundness and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with RERA, local property, land, municipal laws, and other applicable central and state statutes.
- Provide legal counsel to management regarding the implications of real estate transactions and project frameworks.
- Support the land acquisition process through detailed title searches, thorough due diligence, ownership verification, and coordination with external legal experts.
- Offer comprehensive legal backing for real estate projects, from inception to closure, and assist in managing complex deals and disputes alongside senior legal executives.
- Maintain relationships and coordinate with external legal teams, law firms, and consultants to obtain legal opinions, oversee documentation, and manage litigation support.
- Identify potential legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and keep accurate records of contracts, legal opinions, approvals, and statutory submissions.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a B.A. LL.B. degree from a recognized law school or university.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in real estate or property law related functions.
- In-depth knowledge of RERA, land laws, property laws, municipal regulations, and development control frameworks.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating various real estate agreements and contracts.
- Adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders including corporate teams, government bodies, and external legal advisors.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
