Position Overview

This contract opportunity is for licensed attorneys experienced in working with top-tier U.S. law firms, specializing in detailed legal content review and analysis. The role is fully remote with a flexible weekly commitment between 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal analysis on diverse areas of U.S. law, offering detailed insights and guidance.
• Carry out extensive legal research to support project goals and ensure up-to-date, accurate information.
• Create, examine, and revise various legal documents such as memoranda, opinions, contracts, and others.
• Evaluate legal content for clarity, precision, and conformity to best legal practices, providing structured feedback.
• Engage remotely with cross-functional teams to enhance deliverables and tackle complex legal issues collaboratively.
• Assist in verifying content quality by identifying mistakes, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal text.

Requirements

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the United States, supported by strong academic achievements.
• Experience working at leading law firms is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal research, analysis, and drafting across multiple legal disciplines.
• Exceptional skills in written and oral communication, especially in reviewing legal content.

Compensation and Commitment

This position offers hourly pay ranging from $140 to $280. Weekly work hours can vary from 10 to 40.
