Role Overview
This position supports leave, attendance, absence, and disciplinary administration within a structured HR environment in Dubai. The officer will work closely with multiple departments to keep employee absence records accurate, ensure follow-up on pending cases, and prepare analytical reports for operational and executive review.
Core Duties
- Handle warning memos within SAP, including creation, processing, cancellation, and follow-up until closure.
- Prepare and circulate reports to the relevant teams and make sure pending absence matters are completed on time.
- Log and track SAP technical issues through the Khadamatech ticketing platform and coordinate resolution.
- Compile and review absenteeism, attendance, wellbeing, and executive summary reports on a weekly and statistical basis.
- Identify and correct attendance-related system issues, produce approved absence reports, and verify sick leave and other absence submissions.
- Support Medical Committee requests by coordinating the required documents and case details.
- Draft quarterly updates for the Disciplinary Committee and follow up on disciplinary matters with TM staff.
- Check employee physical locations and validate any newly submitted location changes.
- Prepare formal communication such as memos, circulars, and emails for employees and departments.
- Respond to employee and department questions related to overtime, compensatory off, leave, and absence procedures through Khadamatech, email, and phone.
Skills and Tools
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP HR modules.
- Strong ability to analyze reports and interpret data accurately.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
- Clear presentation and professional communication skills.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive records.
