Key Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial leasing processes from lead generation to lease agreement finalization.
• Develop new leasing opportunities via proactive outreach and networking, enhancing property visibility and occupancy.
• Manage full client interactions, ensuring timely responses and tailored property recommendations.
• Organize and conduct property viewings, articulating features, terms, and availability clearly.
• Negotiate lease agreements aligning with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
• Handle all leasing documentation, ensuring compliance and completeness throughout the leasing cycle.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM with accurate leasing activity records.
• Prepare periodic leasing performance reports and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Keep abreast of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends to advise clients and inform leasing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Prior background specifically within Abu Dhabi's real estate sector is essential.
• Experience in property leasing, sales, or management is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of leasing procedures and local property market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
