Lead Recruiter - Non-IT Lateral Hiring (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Recruiter to oversee lateral hiring efforts across various Non-IT domains including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, FMCG, and other business areas. The role involves managing a group of freelance recruiters, ensuring high-quality candidate sourcing and screening, coordinating interview processes, and securing successful candidate placements for multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of freelance recruiters focused on Non-IT lateral hiring.
• Drive recruitment delivery targets within defined mandates.
• Assign job openings and track recruiter performance metrics.
• Source and evaluate candidates to ensure quality talent pipeline.
• Organize interviews, manage offer processes, and facilitate candidate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide coaching and mentorship to improve team recruitment outcomes.
