Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate HR leader to collaborate closely with the Group CHRO in shaping and embedding top-tier people practices throughout the company. This role is suited for a professional who thrives in architecting HR frameworks, policies, governance structures, and strategic HR initiatives rather than focusing solely on routine HR tasks. The individual will serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO by translating business goals into scalable human resource systems and collaborating with implementation teams to achieve successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Group CHRO to develop and implement the organization's People Strategy and HR roadmap aligned with business growth.
- Create scalable frameworks, governance mechanisms, and organization-wide HR processes, including organizational structures, role architecture, and delegation frameworks.
- Standardize and review HR policies covering the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee transitions, and exits.
- Lead performance management systems design, annual appraisals, compensation structure development, pay benchmarking, increment planning, promotions, and long-term incentive programs such as ESOPs.
- Partner with payroll teams to maintain governance and compliance in compensation processes.
- Drive HR digital transformation by collaborating on HR technology roadmap development, evaluating HRMS platforms and consultants, implementing automation, and enhancing employee experience through technology.
- Design and manage employee communication frameworks including leadership communications, town halls, skip-level meetings, recognition schemes, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional HR transformation projects, setting implementation plans with clear milestones and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Support senior leadership recruitment by providing market insights and organizational design advice, and enhance talent governance through succession planning and leadership capability development.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 12 to 15 years of corporate HR experience in professionally managed organizations.
- Has demonstrated capability in independently building HR systems, policies, and enterprise people processes.
- Thinks strategically and translates ideas into actionable implementation plans.
- Experienced in leading HR transformations and HRMS implementations.
- Expertise in compensation & benefits, performance management, HR policy design, employee lifecycle management, governance, and HR analytics.
- Comfortable interacting with CXOs and senior business leaders.
- Exemplifies strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and project management abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Background in real estate, technology, product, engineering services, IT, or GCC businesses, and experience in organizations recognized for mature HR function.
- Exposure to working with HR consulting firms and leading major HR transformation initiatives.
- Familiar with ESOP design, organizational restructuring, HR digitalization, and change management.
Exclusions
- This role is not suited for HR professionals focused primarily on employee relations or operational HR roles.
- Applicants with background limited to transactional HR or pure recruitment/HR operations without strategic HR exposure are not preferred.
