About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lawyer with a focus on Corporate law to join the Corporate team at William Fry LLP on a full-time, permanent basis. The team plays a pivotal role in managing some of Ireland's most intricate and high-profile corporate transactions and advisory mandates. Work will typically involve large, cross-border deals with Irish corporate interests. Our clientele includes prominent Irish and international companies, both public and private sectors, along with state and public bodies. We have a history of representing some of Ireland's most successful entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Applicants must have a minimum of three years' experience in commercial law, ideally obtained from a large, medium or boutique law firm.
• Strong technical proficiency and drafting capabilities with a keen attention to detail are essential.
• Excellence in client service and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively are required.
• Candidates should demonstrate commercial awareness and possess a flexible, diligent work ethic.
