Role Overview
We're seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join Rudy's team in Leeds. This role is crucial for the smooth running of our kitchen operations, supporting preparation and maintaining cleanliness to assist our chefs in delivering great pizza.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist kitchen staff with ingredient preparation before and during service.
- Ensure wash-up and cleanliness standards are upheld, maintaining an organised workspace.
- Restock all kitchen ingredients and supplies to prevent shortages.
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
- Support the handling of deliveries and rotation of stock.
- Maintain a dependable and positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Candidate Requirements
- No kitchen experience is necessary; training and growth opportunities toward becoming a pizzaiolo are available.
- A strong work ethic with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
