About the Organisation
BASICS International is a community-based non-governmental organisation focused on helping eliminate child labour, illiteracy, and abuses against children in Ghana.
Role Overview
The kindergarten teacher will support an informal learning setting that prepares school-aged children for entry into mainstream schools.
Key Responsibilities
The main duty of the role is to guide and teach young children in a non-formal educational environment so they are ready for primary schooling.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
- Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities are essential.
- Good organisational skills are necessary for the role.
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience after qualification.
