About GIGGLES SmartPlay
GIGGLES SmartPlay is a premium indoor play space designed specifically for children, providing a safe and entertaining environment. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and child-focused individuals who enjoy engaging with kids.
Primary Duties
- Greet children and their parents warmly to create a welcoming environment.
- Closely monitor children during playtimes to maintain their safety continuously.
- Instruct kids on correct use of play equipment and games to promote safe play.
- Keep all play areas tidy, organized, and prepared for usage at all times.
- Clean and sanitize toys, play equipment, and frequently touched surfaces to meet hygiene standards.
- Provide assistance during birthday celebrations, special events, and scheduled activities.
- Motivate children to join in games and maintain a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Immediately report any damaged items or safety hazards to management.
- Help with serving refreshments during parties and other events if needed.
- Offer support to the reception staff during peak periods.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational requirement is passing 10th or 12th grade; higher education levels are also welcome.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Weekly day off assigned on a rotational basis.
