Kids Club Attendant

Overview

As a Kids Club Attendant at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights - Hotel Suites & Apartments, you will embody the company's core values as a dedicated team member known as a "Heartist." Your primary role centers on fostering positive relationships, providing outstanding guest experiences, and upholding the Accor brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Kids Club daily logbook and fulfill any related administrative tasks.
• Document and report all injuries and incidents promptly to the Recreation Supervisor and Assistant Recreation Manager.
• Keep records of all items sold, such as arts and crafts supplies.
• Assist with inventory management whenever required.

Financial Duties

• Ensure accurate payment collection for Kids Club usage.
• Promote Kids Club paid services to guests and their children.
• Support the department in achieving its annual budget targets.
• Help manage and control department expenses by properly handling Kids Club equipment and promptly reporting minor maintenance issues that might otherwise necessitate full replacement.
