About the Company
Indiagold has created a product and technology platform that helps regulated businesses launch or expand asset-backed offerings across different geographies, without needing to invest in operations, technology, people, or take on valuation, storage, or transit risks.
Role Overview
This role is focused on building revenue through affiliate partnerships, strengthening key partner relationships, and improving conversion and growth across partner-led sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales goals through affiliate partnerships and consistently grow revenue numbers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all affiliate partners and maintain strong working relationships.
- Source, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners that match the target customer profile.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales to improve lead quality, flow, and conversion from affiliate channels.
- Track partner results, interpret performance data, and share insights that help improve outcomes.
- Create partner support material such as sales kits, FAQs, incentive structures, and training presentations.
- Handle partner concerns quickly and effectively to preserve trust and productivity.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to design campaigns and measure affiliate ROI.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have 3 to 6 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or affiliate partnerships, along with a strong history of achieving sales targets through partnerships. Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities are important. Experience with B2C or B2B inside sales funnels is an advantage. Comfort with CRM systems and performance dashboards is also preferred, as is the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
