Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced tutor to support K-12 students in Math, English, General Science, and Social Studies. The tutor will evaluate each student's initial knowledge level, devise tailored study strategies, deliver instruction of core subjects, and nurture student accuracy, self-confidence, and enthusiasm for learning.

Responsibilities

• Assess each student’s starting capabilities and academic needs.
• Design and implement customized study plans suited to individual learners.
• Explain and teach fundamental concepts effectively across multiple subjects.
• Encourage development of precision and self-assurance in academic work.
• Foster a passion and positive attitude toward education.

Requirements

• Strong academic foundation relevant to K-12 subjects.
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching roles.
• Ability to clearly and methodically break down difficult problems.
