Junior Marketing Manager

Job Overview

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and executing both internal and external communication strategies. You will plan and manage marketing campaigns, create content and storytelling approaches, and organize professional product and company presentations. Additionally, you will maintain and develop the website content and oversee marketing and sales activity controls. Supporting corporate design application and special sales promotions is also part of your role.

Candidate Profile

Basic Qualifications:

• A completed degree in communication, business studies, or an equivalent qualification.
• Some initial experience in marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Skills:

• Strong writing and stylistic proficiency in German and English.
• Proficiency with common MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.

Personality Attributes:

• Exceptional creativity paired with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks in an organized manner, and proactively contribute ideas and experience.
