What You Will Do

You will help build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages, turn UI/UX designs into tidy and reusable front-end code, and contribute to digital marketing assets that work smoothly across devices.

Front-End Development

• Create and maintain user-friendly, responsive websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Translate design mockups into maintainable front-end code that can be reused across projects.
• Develop digital assets that provide a strong experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Collaboration

• Work alongside designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support website improvements related to SEO, conversion rate optimization, and overall performance.
• Share ideas in team discussions and help refine development workflows.

Performance and Optimization

• Improve site speed, accessibility, and compatibility across different browsers.
• Make sure pages render well and perform consistently on all device types.
• Apply front-end best practices that support usability, maintainability, and accessibility.

CMS and Website Management

• Update and manage WordPress sites and other content management systems.
• Implement content edits, page structures, and reusable templates.
• Assist with ongoing enhancements and feature updates.

Quality Assurance

• Find and fix visual issues and front-end bugs.
• Test websites on multiple browsers and devices to confirm reliability.
• Help maintain high coding quality and standards across projects.

Continuous Learning

• Keep up with current front-end tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Take part in code reviews and learn from senior developers.
• Continue building technical and problem-solving skills.

Experience and Education

The role is open to candidates with 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or junior-level roles. Hands-on experience with live websites or web applications is considered an advantage. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.

Technical and Tool Requirements

You should have a solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with mobile-first and responsive development principles. Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks is a plus. Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms, SEO-friendly front-end practices, Git or another version control system, and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is important. Basic awareness of performance optimization and cross-browser testing is also expected.

Soft Skills and Preferred Background

Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, strong communication, and teamwork are important for this position. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setup, open to feedback, and eager to keep improving. Good organization and time management are also valuable. Extra advantage is given to candidates with experience using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks, knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines, exposure to healthcare or other regulated industries, familiarity with modern JavaScript build tools, and fluency in English. Arabic is considered a strong plus.
